基于分形理论对新型粉末NBR-PVC互穿网络结构进行分析,提出用分形维数来定量描述共混界面的几何特征,结果发现:分形维数与填充剂类型有密切关系,当加入单甘酯后,分形维数越小,单甘酯对混合界面所起到的增容作用越好,两相界面之间越模糊,制品力学性能越好。当加入轻钙和PNBR时,分形维数越大,三相之间相容性越好,制品力学性能越好。
Based on fractal theory, the structure of NBR-PVC interpenetrating network was analyzed. The fractal dimension was used to quantitatively describe the geometric characteristics of the blended interface. The results showed that the fractal dimension was closely related to the type of filler. When adding monoglyceride The smaller the fractal dimension, the better the compatibilization effect of monoglyceride on the mixed interface, the more fuzzy the interface between the two phases, the better the mechanical properties of the product. When adding light calcium and PNBR, the larger the fractal dimension, the better the compatibility between the three phases, and the better the mechanical properties of the product.
