目的探讨含1%萘替芬-0.25%酮康唑的复方乳膏制剂的体外抗真菌谱与抗真菌活性,并与单一成分制剂2%酮康唑乳膏和1%特比萘芬乳膏比较。方法选用临床分离致病真菌及马拉色菌标准株共14种29株,用琼脂扩散法作药敏试验。将各种培养基制成含2%琼脂的含菌平板,打孔后分别加入上述3种乳膏,培养7天后测定各含药孔周围的抑菌圈直径。结果 1%萘替芬-0.25%酮康唑乳膏对皮肤癣菌、各种念珠菌、申克孢子丝菌、裴氏着色真菌、禾谷镰刀菌、糠秕马拉色菌、球形马拉色菌和合轴马拉色菌等14种29株菌株,其均形成抑菌圈,抑菌圈直径均数为45.46 mm。2%酮康唑乳膏对上述实验菌株也均形成抑菌圈,抑菌圈直径均数为23.92 mm。1%特比萘芬乳膏对克柔念珠菌和白念珠菌菌丝态无抑菌圈形成,对其余实验菌株有抑菌圈形成,抑菌圈直径均数为29.81 mm。1%萘替芬-0.25%酮康唑乳膏的抑菌圈均数与2%酮康唑乳膏及1%特比萘芬乳膏的抑菌圈均数相比,其差异均有统计学意义(P=0.000)。结论含1%萘替芬-0.25%酮康唑的复方乳膏制剂体外抗真菌谱广于1%特比萘芬乳膏,抗真菌活性强于2%酮康唑乳膏及1%特比萘芬乳膏。
Objective To investigate the antifungal and antifungal activities of the compound creams containing 1% naftifine-0.25% ketoconazole in combination with 2% ketoconazole cream and 1% terbinafine cream Compare Methods A total of 29 strains of 14 pathogenic fungi and Malassezia isolates were selected and used agar diffusion method for drug sensitivity test. The various media were made into 2% agar-containing bacteria plate, respectively, after the punch were added three kinds of cream, cultured 7 days after determination of inhibition zone diameter containing drug around the hole. Results 1% Naftifine-0.25% ketoconazole cream on dermatophytes, Candida albicans, Spirochetes Shenchen, Pei colored fungi, Fusarium graminearum, Malassezia furfur, spherical malachite 29 strains of 14 kinds of strains of 14 kinds of bacteria, such as Malassezia and Malassezia, all formed the zone of inhibition and the diameter of zone of inhibition was 45.46 mm. 2% ketoconazole cream also formed inhibition zone on the above experimental strains, the diameter of inhibition zone was 23.92 mm. The 1% terbinafine cream formed no inhibitory zone of filamentous fungi of Candida krusei and Candida albicans, and formed the zone of inhibition against the rest of the experimental strains. The average diameter of bacteriostatic circle was 29.81 mm. The inhibition zone numbers of 1% naftifine-0.25% ketoconazole cream were statistically different from those of 2% ketoconazole cream and 1% terbinafine cream Significance (P = 0.000). Conclusion The antifungal spectrum of the compound cream containing 1% naftifine-0.25% ketoconazole is broader than that of 1% terbinafine cream, and its antifungal activity is stronger than that of 2% ketoconazole cream and 1% Naphthalene cream.
