骨质疏松症作为中老年人的常见病之一,被称为“沉默的杀手”.骨质疏松性骨折的危害巨大,甚至日常活动就可发生骨折,是老年患者致残、致死的主要原因之一.发生骨质疏松性骨折一年之内,患者会发生各种并发症,其中50％的患者会致残,生活质量显著下降.rn因此,骨质疏松症是需要高度警惕和预防的疾病.很多人却认为骨质疏松是小病,多喝点儿骨头汤或吃点儿钙就可以预防和治疗了.今天就让我们来一一击破这些谣言.
