自2013年以来,全国范围内对创意产业园的研究热度都处于普遍降温的过程之中,这和创意产业园在发展中陷入困境是分不开的。过度商业化、缺少差异化、类型模糊化等问题困扰着看似光鲜的创意产业园。如何在Shopping Mall等商业综合体到处开花的情况下,顺利地实现创意产业园的转型,发挥创意产业园自身的优势,促进与推动南京创意产业园进行自我更新,这是本文试图探索的一个核心问题。
