The circadian rhythm is the circadian cycle of physiological performance and behavior driven by endogenous rhythm oscillators. These circulations are generated by the endogenous circadian clock system that accommodates the physiological needs of the organ, including the three negative and one positive transcriptional, translational, and post-transcriptional event loops in which the circadian clock genes are involved. Cardiovascular parameters vary with circadian rhythms; different types of cardiovascular events have manifestations that vary by day and night. Therefore, to clarify this molecular clock and its mechanism may eventually make it better for human beings to grasp the best timing of diseases under the regulation of circadian rhythm and their effective treatment.
