目的:观察三磷酸腺苷二钠盐(Na2ATP)注射液对尾部悬吊大鼠比目鱼肌梭内、外肌纤维mATP酶活性的影响。方法:采用尾部悬吊法建立废用性肌肉萎缩模型,以钙增强的mATPase法检测废用及废用加肌肉注射Na2ATP条件下大鼠比目鱼肌梭内、外肌纤维mATP酶活性变化。结果:尾部悬吊14天后大鼠比目鱼肌梭内、外肌纤维中mATP酶活性均有所增强,而在吊尾期间注射Na2ATP后比目鱼肌梭内、外肌mATP酶活性无明显变化。结论:Na2ATP注射液对废用所致梭内、外肌纤维代谢改变及类型转化有明显的对抗作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Na2ATP injection on mATPase activity in the soleus and outer myofibers of soleus muscle of tail-suspended rats. Methods: The model of disuse muscle atrophy was established by tail suspension method. The changes of mATPase activity in the muscle fibers of the soleus muscle and the muscle fibers of the soleus muscle were detected by calcium-enhanced mATPase assay. RESULTS: The mATP activity of the soleus muscle and outer muscle fiber of the soleus muscle increased after 14 days of tail suspension, while the activity of mATP did not change significantly in the soleus muscle and soleus muscle of the soleus muscle after the suspension of tail suspension. CONCLUSION: Na2ATP injection has significant antagonistic effect on the metabolism and type transformation of intraspinal and extrafusal muscle fibers caused by waste.
