10只试验用山羊每日按10g/kg体重剂量通过永久性瘤胃瘘管投喂冰川棘豆干草粉,试验前及试验开始后每隔7d采血1次,分离血清,测定生化指标。谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶于试验第7天开始持续升高,与试验前相比差异极显著(P<0.01);尿素氮于试验第7天升高,与试验前比较差异极显著(P<0.01);肌酐试验前后差异不显著。结果表明,西藏冰川棘豆对山羊肝脏、心脏和肾脏等有不同程度的损害,冰川棘豆中的有毒成分对患畜肾脏有损害作用,但对肌酐指标影响不大。
10 goats were orally administered with 10g / kg body weight daily via a regular rumen fistula, and the blood was collected once every 7 days before and after the start of the experiment. The serum was separated and the biochemical indexes were determined. Aspartate aminotransferase (ALT) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) began to increase continuously on the 7th day of the experiment, with significant difference compared with that before the test (P <0.01). Urea nitrogen increased on the 7th day of the experiment and was significantly different from that before the test <0.01); creatinine test before and after the difference was not significant. The results showed that Oxytropis glacialis had different degrees of damage to goat liver, heart and kidney. The toxic components in Oxytropis glacialis had a detrimental effect on the kidneys, but little effect on creatinine.
