本文对同一回转刀盘安装不同数量双翼型刀铲的耕耘阻力,通过改变运动参数进行了初步试验分析。室内土槽试验结果表明,当机组速度由0.303m/s 增加到0.846m/s时,两铲的水平分力 Px 由30.66kgf 增加到54.97kgf;三铲的水平分力 Px 由20.19kgf 增加到45.63kgf;四铲的水平分力由18.88kgf 增加到37.g2kgf。增加刀滚转速,则耕耘阻力减小,比功耗增加。增加刀铲数量,则耕耘阻力、比功耗均下降。提高机组速度,则对耕耘阻力、比功耗的影响与减少刀滚转速趋势一样。本文还对室内试验与田间试验出现的不同结果作了分析,建议整机设计中采用三铲为好。本项研究为驱动型双翼铲的设计及参数选择提供了参考依据。
In this paper, the same rotary cutter disc mounted a different number of double-blade knife shovel resistance, by changing the kinematic parameters of a preliminary test analysis. The indoor soil tank test results show that when the unit speed increases from 0.303m / s to 0.846m / s, the horizontal component Px of the two shovels increases from 30.66kgf to 54.97kgf; the horizontal component Px of the three shovels increases from 20.19kgf to 45.63kgf; four shovels horizontal component increased from 18.88kgf to 37.g2kgf. The article also analyzes the different results of indoor test and field test, and suggests that three shovels should be used in the whole machine design. This study provides a reference for the design and parameter selection of driven shovel.
