患者男,22月。左手背皮肤结节伴瘙痒1年余,皮损组织病理检查示真皮层见大量肿瘤样细胞弥漫性浸润,细胞呈圆形,胞浆较丰富,核大。结合特殊染色检查结果本例诊断为肥大细胞瘤。
Patient male, 22 months. Left back and nodules with pruritus more than 1 year, histological examination revealed a large number of dermis lesions of tumor-like cells diffuse infiltration, round cells, cytoplasm more abundant, large nucleus. Combined with special staining test results in this case diagnosis of mastocytoma.
