In this paper, we propose a scheme of phase-encoding OCDMA frequency threshold in step-chirped fiber gratings. In this scheme, we introduce the shadow code and add the phase shift between the corresponding sub-rasters according to the shadow code to achieve the correct encoding and decoding. The decoder has a simple structure and good correlation output is obtained by numerical simulation
