泡囊从枝菌根(Vesiclar—Arbuscular Mycorrhiza)(简和VA菌报),广泛生存于植物界,据报道90%的显花植物都有VA菌根。VA菌根的作用不仅能提高作物对磷酸盐的吸收,而且还能使作物增强抗旱、抗寒和抗病能力。为进一步合理充分利用VA菌根的功能、改善杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)人工林的管理,促进林木速生丰产提供依据,我们对杉木的内生菌根的形态结构及其在根细胞内外的分布进行详细观察,并对内生菌进行鉴定,现将结果报导于下。
Vesicles widely reside in the plant kingdom from the Vesiclar-Arbuscular Mycorrhiza (VA), and 90% of the flowering plants are reported to have VA mycorrhiza. The role of VA mycorrhizae not only increases the phosphate uptake of the crop, but it also enhances drought, cold and disease resistance in crops. In order to further make full use of the function of VA mycorrhizae, improve the management of Cunninghamia lanceolata plantations and promote fast-growing trees, we detailed the morphological structure of endophyte and the distribution inside and outside the root cells of Chinese fir Observation, and identification of endophyte, the results reported below.
