通过对德国“双元制”职业教育体系的学习,深刻感受到德国职业教育所取得的成就,提出了在我国建立职业教育法制体系,发挥企业在职业教育中的主体地位;建立和企业接轨的教育体系及政府主导、企业参与的校企合作人才培养模式;加强职业院校管理人员培训,强化职业教育师资队伍建设;公开透明各工种培训大纲和考核标准等举措,为促进职教改革提供有价值的参考。
Through the study of German “dual system” vocational education system, I deeply felt the achievements made by German vocational education. I put forward that establishing the legal system of vocational education in our country and giving play to the dominant position of enterprises in vocational education.
