高职学生社团是高校学生丰富生活内涵、提升自我素养、实现自我成长的重要渠道,日趋频繁的社团活动也成为校园文化生活的有效载体,对高职学生有着重要的教育意义。作为联系学校和学生的重要桥梁与纽带,高职学生社团的重要性日渐凸显。然而,伴随着高职学生社团的发展,管理与教育问题也逐渐引起关注,成为值得研究的课题之一。文章从高职学生社团的发展现状入手,分析加强高职学生社团管理和教育的重要性,正视社团在发展中存在的问题,研究其管理和教育问题,从而进一步规范高职学生社团,以期其在为学生服务、促进校园和谐发展方面发挥更好的作用。
