在引发剂作用下,MPEG(聚乙二醇单甲醚)、MAA(甲基丙烯酸)和丙烯酰胺等单体在水溶液中可发生共聚反应,合成出一种新型的聚羧酸高效减水剂。通过红外光谱(FT-IR)法和凝胶渗透色谱法研究了MPEG聚合度对减水剂的分子结构、相对分子质量大小及其性能的影响。结果表明:当MPEG聚合度为25时,所合成的聚羧酸减水剂的综合性能最好。
Under the action of initiator, monomers such as MPEG (polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether), MAA (methacrylic acid) and acrylamide can be copolymerized in aqueous solution to synthesize a new polycarboxylate superplasticizer . The effects of MPEG degree of polymerization on the molecular structure, relative molecular mass and its properties of water reducer were studied by FT-IR and gel permeation chromatography. The results show that when the polymerization degree of MPEG is 25, the synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer has the best comprehensive performance.
