研究目的:本研究探讨了胰岛素和二甲双胍或胰岛素促泌素瑞格列奈联合用药对非肥胖2型糖尿病患者血糖调节的疗效。研究方法:本研究是一项随机、双盲、双安慰剂平行试验。受试者均为2003～2006年间丹麦的β细胞功能完好、接受二级护理的非肥胖2型糖尿病患者(BMI27)。
The purpose of this study: This study explored the insulin and metformin or insulin secretagogues repaglinide combined treatment of non-obese patients with type 2 diabetes blood glucose control effect. Study Methods: This study is a randomized, double-blind, double placebo-parallel trial. Subjects were all non-obese patients with type 2 diabetes (BMI27) with intact beta cells in Denmark from 2003 to 2006 and secondary care.
