目的调查北流市人民医院新生儿脐带血α-地中海贫血的携带率及探讨对新生儿脐带血地中海贫血筛查的必要性。方法采用法国Sebia公司的Capillarys 2自动电泳分析系统对2012年1月-2013年12月共12 076份新生儿脐带血标本进行血红蛋白电泳,并对Hb区带进行定量分析。结果调查的12 076例标本中,检出地中海贫血阳性率为10.69%,其中Hb Bart’s 0~3%589例,检出率为4.88%,Hb Bart’s 3%~20%576例,检出率为4.78%,HbH病81例,检出率为0.67%,其它血红蛋白病共44例,检出率为0.36%。结论在地中海贫血高发地区将脐带血Hb电泳作为常规筛查项目具有早期诊断和科学价值。
Objective To investigate the carrier rate of umbilical cord blood α-thalassemia in Beiliu Peoples Hospital and to explore the necessity of screening neonatal umbilical cord blood thalassemia. Methods A total of 12 076 neonatal umbilical cord blood samples from January 2012 to December 2013 were subjected to hemoglobin electrophoresis using the Capillarys 2 automated electrophoresis system from Sebia, France. Hb bands were quantitatively analyzed. Results Among 12 076 samples examined, the positive rate of thalassemia was 10.69%, of which 589 were Hb Bart’s 0-3%, with a detection rate of 4.88% and Hb Bart’s 3% ~ 20% 576 with a detection rate of 4.78%, 81 cases of HbH disease, the detection rate was 0.67%, 44 cases of other hemoglobinopathies, the detection rate was 0.36%. Conclusion Cord blood Hb electrophoresis as a routine screening project in areas with high prevalence of thalassemia has early diagnosis and scientific value.
