在视觉检测系统中 ,针对视觉传感器数量多 ,且每个摄像机需标定的内部参数及外部参数较多的特点 ,提出了一种新的简单的快速摄像机标定方法。分析了摄像机的各个关键参数 ,采用了全线性标定方法和矢量分析法 ,逐步求出 CCD摄像机的参数。该方法具有标定速度快、精度较高、实用和算法性能分析容易等优点 ,适用于一般视觉检测系统的摄像机参数的标定 ,尤其是大型视觉检测系统中多视觉传感器的摄像机参数的标定。实际结果表明 ,摄像机标定误差优于 0 .0 5 m m。
In the visual inspection system, aiming at the large number of visual sensors and the internal parameters to be calibrated by each camera and the large number of external parameters, a new and simple method of rapid camera calibration is proposed. The key parameters of the camera are analyzed, and the method of full linear calibration and vector analysis are adopted to obtain the parameters of the CCD camera step by step. The method has the advantages of fast calibration speed, high precision, practicality and easy analysis of algorithm performance. It is suitable for the calibration of camera parameters of general visual inspection system, especially the calibration of camera parameters of multi-vision sensors in large vision inspection system. The actual results show that the camera calibration error better than 0. 05m.
