作者采用Low shear—30流变测定仪研究不同的血浆浓度对血液粘弹特性和高、中、低剪切率下表观粘度的影响,发现血浆任氏液的粘度与血浆浓度之间存在着线性关系。当血浆浓度降低至60%以下,在高、中、低三种剪切率下的表观粘度降低十分明显,而以低剪切率下的表观粘度下降的百分率最高。红细胞聚集指数在血浆浓度降低到40%以下才有明显降低。血浆浓度降低到60%以下时,血标本复粘度的粘性分量和弹性分量有很明显的降低。作者并讨论了这种降低的物理意义。本研究为临床上应用血浆去除疗法提供理论依据。
The author uses the Low shear-30 Rheometer to study the effect of different plasma concentrations on the viscoelastic properties of blood and the apparent viscosity at high, medium and low shear rates. It is found that there is a relationship between the viscosity of Ren Ren solution and the plasma concentration Linear relationship. When the plasma concentration is reduced to less than 60%, the apparent viscosity decreases sharply at high, medium and low shear rates, while the apparent viscosity decreases at low shear rates. Erythrocyte aggregation index decreased significantly below 40% plasma concentration. When the plasma concentration is reduced below 60%, viscous and elastic components of the complex viscosity of the blood sample are significantly reduced. The author discusses the physical meaning of this reduction. This study provides a theoretical basis for the clinical application of plasma removal therapy.
