给出了激光聚变实验中对亮度分布不均匀、边缘轮廓模糊的黑腔靶图像确定几何中心的一种方法:利用预处理消除图像噪音,提取图像特征值并用原始CCD图像与特征值理论图像相关以精确定出黑腔靶几何中心。该方法计算准确、速度快,便于在实际装置中闭环连续处理图像,并适用于确定激光光斑的几何中心和光斑半径。介绍了该方法在神光装置靶瞄准中的应用及实验结果,利用图像处理,得到了5μm的靶瞄准精度
A method of determining the geometric center of a black cavity target image with uneven brightness distribution and blurred edge contour is given in the laser fusion experiment. Image preprocessing is used to eliminate the image noise, the feature value is extracted and the original CCD image is correlated with the eigenvalue theory image To pinpoint the black cavity target geometric center. The method is accurate, fast and convenient for the continuous processing of images in the closed-loop system in practical applications. It is also suitable for determining the geometric center and spot radius of the laser spot.
