一、概况从前,敷单层透光膜是光学另件减少反射损失的唯一有效办法。理论分析可知,当薄膜光学厚度等于1/4个波长而薄膜材料折射率小于玻璃折射率时,则薄膜与玻璃之间的分界面上的反射光线和薄膜上表面的反射光线之间正好相差180°位相而发生干涉。若能使薄膜物质的折射率和薄膜二边物质折射率之间,存在如下关系,即 N_2~2=N_1·N_3,则这二个反射光波的振幅相等,干涉时就会互相
