按 SPA 工作正常,按 PA 曝光不止我们在安装该型 X 线机后,利用假负载调试中发现这一故障。从控制线路上分析,按 PA 时终止曝光受 J_1A 控制,因此应该首先检查与 J_1A 有关的线路。因为按 SPA 时控制线路工作正常,故可以肯定限时继电器 J_1、RC 移相及电子开关、振荡及功率放大器、主电路双向可控硅和高压继电器 SC 都不会有问题。检查:J_1A 动作,闭合后导通良好;与J_1A 有关的接线,包括3CT1KF 各极的连线(见下图)
According to the normal operation of the SPA, press the PA exposure not only after we installed this type of X-ray machine, but found this fault by using the dummy load debugging. From the analysis on the control line, the termination of the exposure when PA is pressed is controlled by J_1A, so the line related to J_1A should be checked first. Because the control circuit operates normally when the SPA is pressed, it can be confirmed that the time-limited relays J_1, RC phase-shifting and electronic switches, oscillation and power amplifiers, the main circuit triac and the high-voltage relay SC will not have any problems. Check: J_1A action, good conduction after closing; wiring related to J_1A, including connection of 3CT1KF poles (see the figure below)
