应用活体动物微循环的研究方法,观察强脉冲声作用后4小时及48小时豚鼠耳蜗微循环以及听力和组织学变化。发现爆震后4小时耳蜗2、3、4回血管纹毛细血管血流速度下降;爆震后48小时,耳蜗血流除第3回仍缓慢外,其余各回恢复正常。微循环变化与听力改变之间均无明显相关性。提示爆震声引起内耳损伤主要由机械性作用引起,而耳蜗微循环变化可能影响其修复过程。
Microcirculation of living animals was used to study the changes of microcirculation and hearing and histology of cochleas in guinea pigs at 4 hours and 48 hours after intense pulsed sound. Four hours after detonation, blood flow velocity of blood vessels in cochlea 2, 3, and 4 decreased. After 48 hours of detonation, cochlear blood flow was still slow except for the 3rd return, and the rest returned to normal after all. There was no significant correlation between microcirculation and hearing changes. Prompted knocking sound caused by the inner ear injury is mainly caused by mechanical effects, and microcirculation changes may affect the cochlear repair process.
