研究了砷(V)对近岸水中三角褐指藻和叉边金藻的毒性,其阈值分别为 10-4.1mol/dm3和 10-4.9mol/dm3。根据活性点模式计算砷( V)与两藻的结合常数为 692.5和989.7。砷(V)对叉边金藻的毒性作用不受磷酸盐浓度影响;砷(V)对三 角褐指藻的毒性作用随磷酸盐浓度降低而受到抑制。
The toxicity of arsenic (V) to marine brown algae Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Phyllis alginate was studied, with threshold values of 10-4.1 mol / dm3 and 10-4.9 mol / dm3, respectively. The binding constants of arsenic (V) to two algae were calculated according to the activity point model to be 692.5 and 989.7. The toxic effect of arsenic (V) on Phyllophaga algae was not affected by the phosphate concentration; the toxic effect of arsenic (V) on Phaeodactylum tricornutum was inhibited with the decrease of phosphate concentration.
