介绍了Zn-Al-Mg系合金镀层的发展及日本2家企业开发的2种高耐蚀性合金镀层钢板的性能,分析了添加合金元素对镀层组织的影响以及微观结构对镀层性能的影响,总结出合金镀层具有高耐蚀性的机理,指出了Zn-Al-Mg系高耐蚀热浸镀合金镀层的研究方向。
The development of Zn-Al-Mg alloy coating and the properties of two kinds of high corrosion resistant alloy coated steel plates developed by two Japanese companies were introduced. The effects of adding alloying elements on the coating structure and the influence of microstructure on the coating performance were analyzed. The mechanism of high corrosion resistance of alloy coating is summarized, and the research direction of Zn-Al-Mg high corrosion resistance hot dip galvanized coating is pointed out.
