建筑科学研究院建筑机械化研究所和广西建委机修厂、一公司、科研所联合设计、试制了QT45塔式起重机(见图1)。QT45塔式起重机为下旋全回转动臂轨道式塔式起重机。采用塔身后倒同时伸缩,臂杆向下折叠,水母式行走底架,液压自身架设和用黄河牌汽车整体拖运,并备有各种安全保护装置。该机起升、变幅、回转、行走均为单独电机驱动。在起升机构中,采用液压推杆制动器和能耗制动,除具有一般的升降速度外,还有较慢的就位速度。在回转和行走机构中,采用了液力连轴器,起步运转平稳。在水母式行走底架下装有四个行走台车,两个主动台车,沿同一条轨道上行驶,使它可在转弯半径较小
The Institute of Construction Mechanization of the Construction Science Research Institute, Guangxi Mechanical Engineering Factory, a company, and a scientific research institute jointly designed and trial-produced QT45 tower cranes (see Figure 1). The QT45 tower crane is a full swing back-arm orbital tower crane. The tower body is used for backwards and backwards at the same time, the boom is folded downwards, the jellyfish-type walking base, hydraulically erected and hauled by the Yellow River vehicle as a whole, and equipped with various safety protection devices. The aircraft hoisting, luffing, turning and walking are all independent motor drives. In the hoisting mechanism, the hydraulic push rod brake and the energy consumption brake are used, and in addition to the normal lifting speed, there is a slow positioning speed. In the slewing and walking mechanism, a hydraulic coupling is used to make the starting stable. Four walking trolleys and two active trolleys are mounted under the jellyfish-type walking frame and travel along the same track, making it possible to have a small turning radius.
