利用反应蒸馏装置和气相色谱分析法研究了固体酸HZSM-5沸石对甲醛和甲醇催化合成甲缩醛的反应。考察了不同分解温度的催化剂与质子酸含量、甲醛转化率和选择性的关系。
The reaction of solid acid HZSM-5 zeolite with formaldehyde and methanol as catalyst for the synthesis of methylal was studied by reactive distillation apparatus and gas chromatography. The relationship between the catalyst with different decomposition temperature and the content of protonic acid, formaldehyde conversion and selectivity was investigated.
