生活在积极、健康的班级氛围中,学生之间互相鼓励、互相竞争、互相促进、互相影响,对学生的成长成才能起到良好的促进作用,反之,班风不好的集体,学生之间缺少团结、不爱学习,成天只知道打游戏、玩耍、混日子,缺乏健康、积极的人生观。因此,打造一个健康、积极向上的班级育人环境,班风建设就显得十分重要。
