人眼对黑白图象的鉴别能力很差,但对彩色却有很高的鉴别能力。把黑白图象按灰度或密度等级用对应的彩色显示,就能提高人眼的鉴别能力,此种技术称为假色编码。 本文利用光学方法对肺癌胸部X线片进行假色编码,取得较好效果。假色编码后的图片,由于增强了分辨能力,对周围型肺癌的内部情况,如坏死及瘢痕形成等显示较好。肿瘤的周边变化,如分叶,“V”形胸膜内陷等变化,亦能清楚显示。总之,假色编码能提高周围型肺癌的诊断及鉴别诊断水平。中心型肺癌由于重叠阴影较多,显示尚不够满意。
The ability of the human eye to discriminate between black and white images is poor, but it has a high ability to distinguish colors. The black-and-white image is displayed in the corresponding color display according to the gray level or the density level, and the discrimination ability of human eyes can be improved. Such a technique is called false color coding. In this paper, the use of optical methods for false color coding of lung cancer chest X-ray films, achieved good results. The false-color coded pictures, because of their enhanced resolving power, show better indications for the internal conditions of peripheral lung cancer, such as necrosis and scar formation. Peripheral changes in the tumor, such as lobes, “V” pleural invagination and other changes can also be clearly shown. In conclusion, false color coding can improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer. Due to the large number of overlapping shadows, central lung cancer is not yet satisfactory.
