[目的]探讨细胞缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及肿瘤抑制基因P53在肝外胆管癌组织中的表达及其意义.[方法]选择33例肝外胆管癌和7例胆管癌癌旁组织石蜡标本,观察HIF-1α,VEGF,P53的表达情况,分析其与各临床病理参数的相关性.[结果]33例肝外胆管癌组织中HIF-1α,VEGF和P53的阳性表达例数分别为21(63.6%),18(54.5%),24(72.7%);7例癌旁组织中HIF-1α,VEGF和P53阳性表达例数分别为1(14.3%),0(0%),1(14.3%);两者间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]肝外胆管癌组织中HIF-1α,VEGF和P53均高表达;HIF-1α,VEGF和P53的表达与肝外胆管癌的侵袭程度均呈正相关.
[Objective] To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor (HIF) -1α, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and tumor suppressor gene P53 in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma and their significance. [Methods] Thirty-three cases of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma And paraffin-embedded specimens of para-carcinoma tissues of 7 cases of cholangiocarcinoma. The expressions of HIF-1α, VEGF and P53 were observed and their correlations with clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. [Results] HIF-1α, VEGF The positive expression rates of HIF-1α, VEGF and P53 in 7 paracancerous tissues were 21 (63.6%), 18 (54.5%) and 24 (72.7% (P <0.01). [Conclusion] The expression of HIF-1α, VEGF and P53 in extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma tissues are highly expressed, and the expression of HIF The expression of -1α, VEGF and P53 were positively correlated with the invasion of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
