在45钢基体上采用不同的送丝速度进行光内送丝激光熔覆实验,建立了金属丝在整个融化过程中的熔滴模型和熔池模型,对这两种模型进行了理论分析,并且与实验结果进行对照,进而根据实验结果对熔覆层进行了微观分析与显微硬度的测量。结果表明:在扫描速度和激光功率保持不变的条件下,送丝速度直接影响熔池的稳定性,对熔覆层形貌和显微组织起到重要作用。
In the 45 steel substrate using different wire feed speed wire laser cladding experiments, the establishment of the wire in the melting process of the droplet model and pool model, the two models were analyzed theoretically, and Compared with the experimental results, the microscopic analysis and microhardness measurement of the cladding layer were carried out according to the experimental results. The results show that under the conditions of constant scanning speed and laser power, the wire feeding speed directly affects the stability of the weld pool and plays an important role on the morphology and microstructure of the cladding.
