Objective To investigate the effect of different anastomosis techniques in the resection of gastrointestinal tract during gastric resection. Methods A total of 143 patients with gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to August 2012 were randomly divided into 3 groups according to the patient’s condition and treatment sequence. 46 patients in group Ⅰ received single-layer anastomosis during operation, 47 patients in group Ⅱ The patients underwent double-layer anastomosis. 50 patients in group Ⅲ were operated with stapler, and the operation time and postoperative complications were compared between the three groups. Results Comparing the operation time and postoperative complications, the performance in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ was lower than that in group Ⅱ, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05); in group Ⅰ and group Ⅲ, Complications after the comparison, the difference was not significant, no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Conclusions In the operation of gastric resection and digestive tract reconstruction, the operation of single layer anastomosis or stapler can reduce the operation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is in favor of postoperative rehabilitation and quality of life.
