本文观察了8名男性青年于常温条件下在跑车上负荷行走的生理反应。跑车速度分别为4.5,5.0和6.0km/h三种,每种速度有六种负荷量(分别为体重的3,14,23,32,41和50%),受试者轮转行走。实验过程观察了通气量((_E)、氧耗量(_(O2))、心率(HR)、血乳酸(La)、热能消耗、血压等变化及主观感觉。结果表明,_E,_(O2),HR,La与负荷量呈非线性相关。在5.0km/h行走时以负荷量占体重的 32%较合适,而4.5km/h时以41%较合适,6.0km/h则以23%较合适,但后者不宜进行长时间行走。
In this paper, we observed the physiological responses of 8 male youths who were walking on sports cars under normal temperature conditions. The speed of the sports car was 4.5, 5.0 and 6.0 km / h respectively, with six loads for each speed (3, 14, 23, 32, 41 and 50% of body weight, respectively). During the experiment, we observed the changes of subjective feeling and the subjective feeling of ventilation (_E), oxygen consumption (_ (O2)), heart rate (HR), lactic acid (La), caloric expenditure, blood pressure and etc. The results showed that _E, (O2), HR and La were non-linearly related to the load, which was suitable for 32% of body weight at 5.0km / h and 41% for 4.5km / h, 6.0km / h is 23% more appropriate, but the latter should not be long-term walking.
