服务外包产业正在飞速发展,需要的人才数量也在稳步增长。服务外包企业的员工不仅需要具有实际业务操作的硬实力,还需要具有思想力、自我发展能力、自我管理能力、与人交流能力等四项软实力。基于对四项软实力的内容分析,应在嵌入课程体系、依托校内外平台、注重课外实践、开设心理辅导课程等四个方面提升学生服务外包职业软实力。
The service outsourcing industry is rapidly developing, and the number of talents required is also steadily increasing. Service outsourcing business employees not only need to have the actual business operations of the hard power, but also have the ability to think, self-development, self-management skills, ability to communicate with the four soft power. Based on the content analysis of the four soft power, we should improve the soft power of students’ service outsourcing in four aspects: embedding the curriculum system, relying on the inside and outside the platform, focusing on extracurricular activities and setting up psychological counseling courses.
