本文分析了西安市中小企业发展现状,剖析了其在采购管理方面存在的主要问题,针对如何对采购管理过程进行优化以及对供应商对应的管理措施这一角度研究企业物流成本的控制,提出通过各种办法以降低企业运营成本:完善采购制度,建立供应商档案和准入制度,建立价格档案和价格评价体系;采用如付款条款、把握价格变动的时机、竞争招标、直接采购或结成同盟联合订购等方法和手段降低材料成本;实行战略成本管理,指导采购成本控制。
