群众路线是我党的三大优良作风之一,也是当前推进社会治理体制创新的关键所在。要推进社会治理体制创新,就应当从群众路线入手,强化群众参与理念,健全群众参与的体制机制,使群众路线贯穿到社会治理工作的始终。
The mass line is one of the three fine work styles of our party and is also the key to advancing the innovation of social governance system. To promote innovation in the system of social governance, we should start from the mass line, strengthen the concept of mass participation and improve the institutional mechanisms for mass participation so that the mass line runs through to the work of social governance.
