一、项目缘起盐是人类每日饮食中不可或缺的物质,对维持细胞渗透压,保持体内电解质平衡有重要作用。古代人类曾为获得盐而发生战争,也为得到更多的盐而设立盐神;包拯、欧阳修、范仲淹等许多历史名人都做过盐业的主管官员,盐成为推动社会文化发展的重要元素。学生对盐并不陌生,绝大多数学生知道盐的主要成分是氯化钠,且以海水为资源可以获得盐。但是从海水到餐桌上的盐到底经过了多少步骤?其中蕴含着哪些科学原理,使用了怎样的关键技术呢?很多学生都没有想过这些问题。通过本项目的学

Project Origin Salt is an indispensable substance in the daily diet of human beings and plays an important role in maintaining the osmotic pressure of cells and maintaining electrolyte balance in the body. Ancient humans once fought for salt and set salt gods for more salt. Many historical celebrities such as Bao Zheng, Ouyang Xiu, and Fan Zhongyan had been officials of the salt industry. Salt has become an important element in promoting social and cultural development. . Students are not unfamiliar with salt. The vast majority of students know that salt is the main ingredient of sodium chloride, and that salt can be obtained from seawater. But how many steps have gone from seawater to salt on the table?
