本文研究了低温和干旱锻炼对杂交粳稻无性系在低温下的存活率,叶片致死温度(LT50),叶绿素含量,净光合速率和电解质渗漏率的影响。经过低温、干旱或低温加干旱锻炼的稻苗,在5/5℃下4天的存活率明显增加,叶片LT50比未锻炼稻苗分别下降了1.8℃、1.6℃和2.2℃。锻炼过的稻苗在零上低温下能保特较高的叶绿素含量和净光合速率,较低的电解质渗漏率。试验结果表明:冷敏植物——水稻可以通过低温锻炼和干旱锻炼而增强其抗冷性和抗冻性。稻苗在简易温床中越冬存活试验的结果与上述实验室结果基本一致。
The effects of cold and drought on the survival rate, leaf lethal temperature (LT50), chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate and electrolyte leakage of clones of japonica hybrid rice at climatic conditions were studied. After low temperature, drought or low temperature and drought training rice seedlings, 5/5 ℃ 4 days survival rate increased significantly, leaves LT50 less than the unexposed rice seedlings decreased by 1.8 ℃, 1.6 ℃ and 2.2 ℃. Tempered rice seedlings maintained high chlorophyll content and net photosynthetic rate at low temperature and low electrolyte leakage rate. The results showed that cold-sensitive plant-rice can enhance its chilling resistance and frost resistance through cold exercise and drought exercise. The result of overwintering survival test of rice seedlings in the simple hotbed was basically consistent with the above laboratory results.
