随着我国经济建设呈现快速增长态势,公路及桥梁的建设也呈不断上升趋势,高速公路及地方快速路的建设方兴未艾。道路建设不仅关系着地方经济、科技的交流,同时更是人们出行的基本载体。基于上述要求,道路的使用质量将成为道路建设过程中严格控制的一项主要指标。在目前的道路建设中,虽然施工过程中的质量控制还是比较全面,但是路面的控制还存在或多或少的不足,在道路路面检测中平整度的测试也是尤为重要的。路面平整度会极大的影响实际使用。道路不平整会加大行车的阻力,路基受力不均匀等,都会极大的引发安全事故发生的概率。本文主要通过对路面平整度的测试工具以及适用范围进行剖析,结合日常检测过程中所遇到的问题提出相应措施,仅供大家参考。
With the rapid economic growth in China, the construction of highways and bridges is also on the rise. The construction of expressways and local expressways is in the ascendant. Road construction is not only related to the exchange of local economy and science and technology, but also the basic carrier of people’s travel. Based on the above requirements, the quality of use of roads will become a major indicator of strict control in the road construction process. In the current road construction, although the quality control in the construction process is still relatively comprehensive, there is still more or less inadequate control of the road surface. It is especially important to test the flatness of road surface testing. Pavement roughness will greatly affect the actual use. Road unevenness will increase traffic resistance, uneven subgrade stress, etc., will greatly lead to the probability of a security incident. This paper mainly analyzes the testing tools of flatness of pavement and the applicable range, and puts forward the corresponding measures according to the problems encountered in the routine testing process, for your reference only.
