目的了解血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)在肺癌组织中的表达及血管形成,探讨VEGF与肺癌组织中血管密度与肺癌生物学行为的关系,为抑制肿瘤血管形成,预防肺癌复发和转移具有重要的意义。方法:采用S-P检测法,对87例肺癌进行表达及血管密度计数,结合随访资料分析。结果:VEGF表达与肺癌组织学分化,肿瘤转移及死亡有关,与无淋巴结转移组相比较(P<0.05)。结果还证明.鳞癌组织中的“血管岛”周围细胞中VEGF表达增高,腺癌组织中的血管网周围VEGF表达增高,同时血管密度增高,VEGF表达提示肺支气管鳞化上皮可呈阳性。结论:VEGF可促进肿瘤的血管形成,加速肿瘤的转移和浸润。
Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in lung cancer and the relationship between the vascular density and the biological behavior of lung cancer in vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and lung cancer. It is important to prevent the tumor angiogenesis and prevent the recurrence and metastasis of lung cancer significance. Methods: The expression of 87 cases of lung cancer and the density of blood vessels were counted by S-P method. The follow-up data were analyzed. Results: VEGF expression was correlated with histological differentiation, tumor metastasis and death in lung cancer, as compared with those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). The results also prove. The expression of VEGF in the cells around the “vascular island” in squamous cell carcinoma was increased. The expression of VEGF in the vascular network around the adenocarcinoma was increased, meanwhile, the vascular density increased. The VEGF expression indicated that the bronchial squamous epithelium could be positive. Conclusion: VEGF can promote tumor angiogenesis and accelerate tumor metastasis and infiltration.
