目前,占我国井工开采煤量总数20％以上的煤是从各种被保护物下开采出来的。在科学研究和实验的基础上编制了标准和方法性文件,以保证有效地开采建筑区和被保护自然物体下的煤炭资源。制订了精密预测地表移动和变形的计算方法和被采动保护的有效措施。但是,建筑区下开采的经验表明,在煤田的各个不同开采阶段,保证用于保护措施费用最低条件下,采出煤炭的各项工作与建筑区和自然物体下开采规划的实施比较准确的相互协调是十分必要的。被采动物体保护方面的地质测量工作及建筑施工工作,应当与苏联煤炭工业所采用的开采规划的几个主要阶段相协调。
