目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合山莨菪碱治疗过敏性紫癜的有效性及可行性。方法:将60例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗 组和对照组。对照组仅给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷、山莨菪碱,均连用10d。结果:治疗组与对照 组总有效率分别为90％、60％(P<0．05)。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合山莨菪碱治疗过敏性紫癜有效、安全。
Objective: To observe the efficacy and feasibility of compound glycyrrhizin combined with anisodamine in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura. Methods: 60 cases of allergic purpura were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was given routine treatment only. The treatment group was given compound glycyrrhizin and anisodamine on the basis of the control group, all of which were used for 10 days. Results: The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 90% and 60% respectively (P <0.05). Conclusion: Compound glycyrrhizin combined with anisodamine is effective and safe for the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.
