目的系统比较宫铜300宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)与不同类型IUD的使用相关终止情况。方法通过文献检索Pub Med、EMBASE、CENTRAL等9种数据库收集宫铜300与不同类型含铜IUD比较的相关文献,根据循证医学的纳入与排除标准筛选出符合要求的随机对照实验文献(randomized controlled trial,RCT)。采用Open Meta-analyst和Rev Man 5.3.3软件进行数据的分析与合并。结果共检索到6 062篇中英文文献,最终纳入涉及使用相关终止结局指标的20篇文献,分析结果显示宫铜300与使用相关终止方面:(1)1年随访时:宫铜300与使用相关终止率显著高于TCu 220C、活性γ型、MCu功能型;(2)2年随访时:宫铜300与使用相关终止率显著高于MCu功能型;(3)5年和10年随访时:宫铜300与使用相关终止率显著低于TCu 380A;(4)随着IUD使用年限的增加,与使用相关终止率呈逐年上升趋势,但在36个月以后这种趋势趋于稳定。结论宫铜300短期使用的相关终止率高于TCu 220C、活性γ型、MCu功能型,长期使用低于TCu 380A;随着使用年限的增加,与使用相关终止率也逐渐增加。
Objective To compare the termination of the use of Gonguteru 300 intrauterine device (IUD) with different types of IUDs. Methods Nine databases of PubMed, EMBASE and CENTRAL were searched by literature to collect related literature of Gong-Cu-300 and different types of Cu-containing IUDs. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of evidence-based medicine, randomized controlled trials trial, RCT). Analyze and merge data using Open Meta-analyst and Rev Man 5.3.3 software. Results A total of 6 062 articles in both English and Chinese were retrieved and included in the final 20 articles relating to the use of relevant outcome measures. The results showed that termination of use of Gong Cu 300: (1) at 1 year follow-up: Gong Cu 300 was associated with use The termination rate was significantly higher than that of TCu 220C, active γ and MCu functional types; (2) At 2-year follow-up: the termination rate of Gong-Cu-300 was significantly higher than that of MCu functional type; (3) At 5 and 10 years of follow- The termination rate associated with the use of Gong Cu 300 was significantly lower than that of TCu 380A. (4) The termination rate associated with the use of IUD increased year by year as the service life of IUD increased, but the trend stabilized after 36 months. Conclusions The short-term termination rate of Gong-Cu-300 is higher than that of TCu-220C, active-type and MCu-functional and long-term use is lower than that of TCu-380A. With the increase of service life, the termination rate associated with the use of Gong-Cu is gradually increased.
