目的为了更好地预测乳腺癌术前化疗的预后。方法应用荧光定量PCR方法检测51例术前未经化疗的乳腺癌组织中mdr1、MRP、LRP、GST-π、TOPOⅡα、BCRP基因表达,分析它们的表达水平与临床病理因素的关系。结果这6个基因在乳腺癌组织表达水平均与临床分期、ER、PR无关;mdr1、MRP、LRP、GST-π、TOPOⅡα的表达水平均与淋巴结转移无关;但BCRP在淋巴结转移组中的表达水平显著高于其在非淋巴结转移组中的表达。结论 BCRP的高表达可能与部分乳腺癌患者术前化疗无效有关,定量检测BCRP基因的表达可以预测乳腺癌术前化疗的预后。
Objective To better predict the prognosis of preoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer. Methods The expression of mdr1, MRP, LRP, GST-π, TOPOⅡα and BCRP in 51 cases of preoperative non-chemotherapy breast cancer tissues were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The relationship between their expression levels and clinicopathological factors was analyzed. Results The expression levels of these six genes in breast cancer tissues were not correlated with clinical stage, ER, PR. The expressions of mdr1, MRP, LRP, GST-π and TOPOⅡα were not correlated with lymph node metastasis. However, the expression of BCRP in lymph node metastasis The level was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group. Conclusion The high expression of BCRP may be related to the ineffective preoperative chemotherapy in some breast cancer patients. Quantitative detection of BCRP gene expression can predict the prognosis of preoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.
