在BAMO/THF推进剂基础配方中添加高能氧化剂六硝基六氨杂异伍兹烷,同时降低铝粉和高氯酸铵含量,以降低特征信号。对具体配方的能量水平进行了理论计算,研究高氯酸铵、铝粉和催化剂含量对含CL-20的BAMO/THF推进剂能量特性的影响。计算结果表明,随着高氯酸铵、铝粉含量的降低和CL-20的增加,推进剂的比冲增加,体系的特征信号降低。
In the basic formula of BAMO / THF propellants, add the high-energy oxidant hexanitrohexa novaxene and reduce the content of aluminum powder and ammonium perchlorate to reduce the characteristic signal. The energy levels of specific formulations were theoretically calculated to study the effects of ammonium perchlorate, aluminum powder and catalyst content on the energy characteristics of BAMO / THF propellants containing CL-20. The calculated results show that with the decrease of ammonium perchlorate and aluminum content and the increase of CL-20, the specific impulse of propellant increases and the characteristic signal of the system decreases.
