浙江省义乌市坚持把加强政风行风建设、维护群众利益作为开展纪检监察工作的着力点,精心打造了一个全天候为民服务的语音平台——数字城市96150。自2009年4月开通以来,共接听群众来电28.9万个,受理案件27.5万件,日均受理市民热线800多件,被称为“政府与群众的连心桥、行政执法的监督岗、化解社会矛盾的稳压器、为群众办事的服务台”。
