(七)电溶法回收废硬质合金工艺完成单位:国家物资局金属再生利用研究所该工艺采用选择性电化学溶解法处理废硬质合金,其Co和WC的直接回收率分别达92%和98%。此工艺以特制阳极插入盛满废合金的阳极筐中,选择溶解硬质合金粘结相钴(Co),从而使WC与Co得以分离。由于电溶过程中兼有净化作用,因而所得的WC比较纯净,并且保持了原有晶粒的完整性,故WC可直接用于制取硬质合金。该工艺简单易行、投资少、见效
