鸡粪中的养分含量较高,尤其是蛋白质、维生素和微量元素等有良好的开发利用价值。鸡粪中的氨基酸含量稳定,100g鸡粪中含有12g以上复合氨基酸。风干鸡粪中的蛋白质含量13.1％,处理以后的鸡粪中蛋白质14.12％,可以提供蘑菇生长所需的氮源。用锯末、刨花、麦秆、玉米秸作为鸡的垫料,还可为蘑菇的栽培提供碳源。根据以上的情况,我们进行了用鸡粪垫料作蘑菇栽培料的探索。
Chicken manure in higher nutrient content, especially protein, vitamins and trace elements have good value of development and utilization. Chicken manure amino acid content stability, 100g chicken manure contains more than 12g composite amino acids. Dried chicken manure in the protein content of 13.1%, 14.12% handling of chicken manure protein, can provide the necessary nitrogen source for mushroom growth. With sawdust, shavings, straw, corn stalks as chicken litter, but also for the cultivation of mushrooms to provide carbon source. Based on the above situation, we conducted a chicken litter for mushroom cultivation materials exploration.
