吡啶偶氮类试剂是目前分光光度法测定钴的高灵敏度显色剂,其中3,5—二溴—PADAT、5—氯—PADAB灵敏度较高,本文用5—溴—PADAP[2—(5—溴—2—吡啶偶氮)—5—二乙氨基酚]对钴试验,灵敏度也较高,且试剂易得.表观摩尔吸光系数为1.09×10~5,其络合物最大吸收峰在580nm处,试剂吸收峰在450nm处,钴与试剂组成比为1:2,络合物稳定性好,至少可稳定24小时.钴浓度在0~15μg/25ml范围内,线性关系良好.因在水溶液中显色,所以操作很简便.先在pH 2~3显色
