我校是2001年秋期参加课改的农村学校,通过几年的不断研究和探索,建立了与之相适应的校本教研制度,促进了教师的教学方式和学生学习方式的转变,为全面推进课改指明了方向。前两年,我校根据本校的实际,采用小循环教学研究实施农村学校的校本教研。所谓小循环教学研究就是以年级学科的备课组为单位,确定研究主题,选定同一教材,共同研究(集体备课)依次执教,教后评议,循序渐进,螺旋上升,不断改进,最后全程回顾,总结提高,达到举一反三的效果。
