目的分析护理不良事件讨论会在患者安全管理的实践效果。方法 2015年1月至12月本院未实施护理不良事件讨论会,2016年1月至12月,实施护理不良事件讨论会,对比分析实施前后护理不良事件发生情况。结果实施前护理不良事件发生率为6.01%,实施后发生率为0.86%,实施后显著低于实施前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施护理不良事件讨论会,可降低护理不良事件发生率,提高护理质量。
Objective To analyze the practical effect of seminars on the management of adverse events in patients with patient safety management. Methods From January to December 2015, the hospital did not conduct a seminar on nursing adverse events. From January to December 2016, a seminar on nursing adverse events was conducted to compare the incidence of nursing adverse events before and after implementation. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events was 6.01% before the implementation and 0.86% after the implementation, which was significantly lower than that before implementation (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of seminars on nursing adverse events can reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events and improve the quality of nursing.
